Keele Cup
The team had two solid days of play in the Keele Cup. They ended up with three wins, defeating Stoke City, Birkenhead and Dudley United; two losses against Liverpool Feds and and Stoke City; and, one tie with Manchester City. Overall, a great showing by the team playing against older and more experienced competition.

Day 5- Liverpool: Home of the Beatles
EEELLLLOOOO!
Today was our second day in Warrington, we woke up around 9am and went on a team run through english neighborhoods and cemetery. After we went on our team run we played friendly matches of soccer tennis on the tennis courts right by our hotel. Me and Kayla Delaney were on a team and we called ourselves the unicorns, we didn't win but we had fun and got touches on then ball. After our morning workout we took a 45 minute bus ride to the Liverpool soccer stadium and got out and took a few pictures, the we headed to Liverpool City Center and spent a few hours shopping and spending our parents money! After shopping we stopped at the Beatles story exhibition, home of the Beatles! We didn't have enough time to tour, but we did get to take a few photos and some people got Beatles shirts. The most exciting part of the day was traveling to Banks Stadium to watch Walsall FC play Aston villa (priemer league team). At the game we ate dinner and watched all of the crazy fans. For dinner I had a HUGE hot dog that was like a foot long and the best kit kat chocolate bar I have ever had. The ending score of the game was 3-1, Aston Villa won! Then we had a two hour bus ride back where we attempted to watch Harry Potter but the DVD player failed :(. We got back to the hotel and we all went right to sleep because we were so tired from our fun filled sight-seeing day!
Well I better make like a tree and leave!

Day 4 "to be or not to be"
ELLO!!! Today was the last day we were in London. We woke up and went for a nice run in the park then did some sprints. The park had lots of dogs which was a fun distraction. When we got back we had to eat, shower, pack then leave. We drove in our bus for 2 hours then stopped at Stratford upon Avon aka Shakesperes hometown and where his grave is. There were shops and good resteraunts. Cafe pasta was delicious. Then we got back in the bus and drove another 2 hours to Warrington. During the ride we watched hot rod which was a terrible boy movie that our tour guide Mike picked out. Then we finally got here to the hotel. It was soooooo much better then the last one because the rooms are at least twice as big and you can actually fit your suitcase through the door. The only problem is that it's in the middle of nowhere. After we unpacked we had to pick what we wanted for dinner. The selections were strange but turned out to be okay. It was alot more English then we had been used to. After dinner Gary had everyone come and play cards together. We played golf, tounges amd bs. Just some more team bonding. After this fun day filled with driving and English literature, we went to bed.

DAY 2
Ello everybody!! Today was full day, lots of walking and touring around the city. Our first stop of the day was Wembly Stadium, which is where the England national team plays. We got a very exclusive tour where we got to see the royal family's suite, the locker room where they have blowdryers installed specifically for David Beckham. We got to see the VIP lounge, all of their jerseys hanging in their lockers, and even walk out of the tunnel onto the pitch. If you want to see any pictures from this tour, go the XL Travel's Facebook page. Next up on our days schedule was our river boat tour. We hopped on a boat at the tower of london and took a ride up the river to big ben. Here we met another tour guide that was going to take us to all of London's famous sights. We saw big ben and the house of parliament. We saw westminster abby, the house of the prime minister, Trafalgar's square, Churchill's war rooms, where he made the phone call to America in WWII asking for our help, and finally buckingham palace! For the duration of the trip we can be reach by mail at buckingham palace, we are staying there for the remainder of the trip:). We finished off our walking tour by doing a bit of shopping at picadilly circus. If you ever feel like we are far away, check your bank accounts...we are still here:). We love you and miss you! see you soon!!

Day 1
ELLLLOOOOO!!!!!!!! After parting with all of you at the airport, we decided we were traveling to Saudi Arabi instead...but don't worry we are completely safe. JUST KIDDING we are in England, London to be exact. We are safe though, no worries. We arrived in London about 2 a.m. Indiana time and yes we did train immediately. We trained where the Queen's Park Rangers train and they just joined the premier league. These fields used to be owned by Chelsea, but they upgraded to another training location. We drove on the coach (a.k.a bus) for quite a long time before stopping for lunch at the Covent Gardens. After that, we were treated to a must needed nap at he hotel before we showered and left for dinner. When we were done with dinner, we traveled back to the hotel and watched the women's world cup final game...then went back to our rooms, which is was there where we cried ourselves to sleep :'( We miss and love you and we are spending all of your money :) See ya soon!
